Well, I do love winter, but the wind the other night was amazing. I thought that I had seen the worst, but I was wrong.
When it was all said and done, we had a drift up the driveway that was 2-4 feet deep, and I could walk on the top of most of it! After all the neighbors chipped in, and paid a skid-steer to come and plow us out ( after a four wheeler, a snowblower, and a Ford F-250 couldn't touch it! ) we now have great tunneling snow piles.
There will be pics of our snow fort soon to come.
Today, I was able to drive up to Lake McDonald and spend some time seeing what I could see.
It was 9 degrees at the Lake. .

Wow, nice shots. They make me want to get outside more and have deep thoughts.
Well of course, the color yellow has never been mostly blue when upside down.
